These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and phwib, operated under license from the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). By accessing or using phwib's website, mobile applications, or gaming services (collectively, the "Platform"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, as well as our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account on phwib, depositing funds, or participating in any gaming activities on the Platform, you expressly agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately discontinue use of the Platform and refrain from creating an account.

These Terms apply to all users of the phwib Platform, including but not limited to visitors, registered players, VIP members, and any person accessing the Platform through desktop computers, mobile devices, or third-party applications. Your continued use of the Platform following any modifications to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of such modifications.

2. Eligibility Requirements

By registering an account, you represent and warrant that you are 21 years of age or older.

2.2 Geographic Restrictions

The phwib Platform is intended exclusively for users physically located within the Republic of the Philippines at the time of access and gameplay. You may not access or use the Platform from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited or restricted by law. phwib reserves the right to verify your location through IP address analysis, device geolocation, and other technical means.

2.3 Legal Capacity

You must possess the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under Philippine law. You represent that you are not subject to any legal disability, court order, or other restriction that would prevent you from lawfully participating in online gaming activities.

2.4 Account Uniqueness

Each individual may maintain only one (1) account on phwib. Multiple accounts, duplicate accounts, or accounts registered under false information are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension or termination, forfeiture of balances, and cancellation of any pending withdrawals.

3. Account Registration and Security

3.1 Registration Process

To create a phwib account, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process, including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, valid email address, and mobile phone number. You agree to maintain and promptly update this information to keep it accurate and complete.

3.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

phwib is required by Philippine law and PAGCOR regulations to verify the identity of all players before processing withdrawals. You agree to provide government-issued identification documents (such as a Philippine driver's license, passport, or national ID card) and any additional documentation reasonably requested by phwib to verify your identity, age, and residential address.

Failure to complete the Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process within the timeframe specified by phwib may result in suspension of withdrawal privileges, limitation of account functionality, or account closure. phwib reserves the right to request additional documentation or conduct enhanced due diligence for large transactions or when fraud is suspected.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your phwib account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your account credentials with any third party or allow any other person to access or use your account. You agree to immediately notify phwib of any unauthorized use of your account or any other security breach.

phwib shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain account security, including but not limited to losses resulting from unauthorized account access due to credential sharing, phishing attacks, or device compromise.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

phwib accepts deposits via multiple payment methods including GCash, PayMaya, bank transfers (BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and other major Philippine banks), and over-the-counter cash deposits at authorized collection centers. All deposits are processed in Philippine Pesos (PHP).

Minimum and maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and are displayed on the Platform at the time of transaction. phwib does not charge deposit fees; however, your payment provider may impose transaction fees that are beyond phwib's control.

Deposits are typically credited to your account instantly or within a few minutes, depending on the payment method used. If a deposit does not appear in your account within the expected timeframe, contact phwib customer support with your transaction reference number for investigation.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification and compliance with anti-money laundering (AML) requirements. Your first withdrawal from phwib cannot be processed until you have completed the KYC verification process and provided all requested documentation.

Withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in your own name. phwib does not permit withdrawals to third-party accounts, anonymous payment methods, or cryptocurrency addresses. Withdrawal methods available to you depend on the deposit methods you have used.

Standard withdrawal processing time is up to 24 hours from the time of request, subject to verification and approval. phwib reserves the right to conduct additional security checks or request supporting documentation for large withdrawals or when suspicious activity is detected.

4.3 Wagering Requirements

Certain deposits and all bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal. Wagering requirements specify the amount of gameplay activity that must be completed before associated funds become withdrawable. 5. Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Bonus Terms

phwib offers various bonuses, promotions, and rewards to players, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, deposit bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, eligible games, maximum bet limits, and expiration dates.

Bonus terms are provided at the time of the promotional offer and are incorporated into these Terms by reference. It is your responsibility to read and understand the specific terms applicable to each bonus or promotion before accepting or participating.

5.2 Bonus Abuse

phwib strictly prohibits bonus abuse, including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, collusion with other players, irregular betting patterns designed to exploit bonus terms, or any other conduct intended to gain an unfair advantage.

Any player found to be engaging in bonus abuse will have all bonuses, winnings derived from bonuses, and potentially their entire account balance forfeited. phwib reserves the right to close accounts and pursue legal action against players engaged in fraudulent activity.

6. Gaming Rules and Conduct

6.1 Fair Play

All games on the phwib Platform use certified Random Number Generators (RNG) to ensure fair and random outcomes. Game results are determined independently and cannot be predicted or manipulated by phwib, players, or third parties.

6.2 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the phwib Platform:

• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to play games or manipulate outcomes
• Colluding with other players to gain unfair advantages
• Exploiting software errors, bugs, or vulnerabilities in the Platform
• Money laundering or using the Platform for any illegal financial activity
• Providing false or misleading information to phwib
• Attempting to reverse engineer, decompile, or hack the Platform
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing phwib staff or other players

6.3 Game Malfunctions

In the event of a game malfunction, system error, or technical issue that affects game outcomes or player balances, phwib reserves the right to void affected bets and restore player balances to their pre-error state. All affected players will be notified of the issue and resolution.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Philippine law, phwib shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or any other intangible losses.

phwib does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Platform. The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

You acknowledge that gambling involves risk and that you may lose money. phwib is not responsible for any financial losses incurred through your use of the Platform. You are solely responsible for managing your bankroll and gambling within your means.

8. Account Termination

8.1 Voluntary Closure

You may close your phwib account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, any remaining balance in your account will be returned to you via your registered withdrawal method, subject to completion of any outstanding wagering requirements and verification procedures.

8.2 Suspension and Termination by phwib

phwib reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for any reason including but not limited to:

• Violation of these Terms and Conditions
• Suspicious or fraudulent activity
• Failure to complete identity verification
• Providing false information during registration
• Operating multiple accounts
• Engaging in prohibited activities as described in Section 6.2

Upon termination for cause, phwib may forfeit any account balance and cancel any pending withdrawals. Termination does not relieve you of any obligations incurred prior to termination.

9. Changes to Terms and Conditions

phwib reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes become effective immediately upon posting to the Platform. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document indicates when the most recent changes were made.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Your continued use of the Platform following the posting of changes constitutes your acceptance of such changes. If you do not agree to modified Terms, you must discontinue use of the Platform.
